In March I was commissioned to undertake a commission for CBM UK at the incredible Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye Hospital in Lahan. The hospital was opened in 1983 and has significantly improved the eye health in eastern Nepal, now performing 200-300 operations a day.
Thank you to CBM UK and the incredible staff at the hospital as well as the patients who shared their stories.

Naseeb: Trafficked will be exhibited at the
I’m pleased to announce my work, Naseeb: Trafficked has been chosen for the Delhi Photo Festival which takes place in October. As the project was undertaken in India where the issue of trafficking into prostitution is as it’s worst, it’s hugely important that this issue is discussed in its country of orgin.
I’d like to thank the organisers for selecting the work.

I’ve recently commissioned by CBM, the oldest disability charity, to undertake a project in Nepal. The largest eye hospital in Nepal and one of the largest in the world is based in Lahan.

I’ll be travelling to Nepal on the 25 March to document the stories of patients who travel across India and Nepal to be treated for various eye surgeries, the most common being cataract.
I’ll aim to post updates on the project regularly.
